Woodland Meeting Packages

A more modern addition to Hothorpe Hall's estate, The Woodlands venue can host seated meetings of up to 60 people, whether for just a day or overnight.

A Day Meeting package at The Woodlands includes:

  • Sole use of The Woodlands venue - perfect for events where exclusivity, concentration or privacy is important.
  • A flexible venue of three parts that can be used in a variety of combinations such as; meeting room (1), bar/lounge (2) and dining room (3); or two meeting spaces (1, 3) with informal dining in the lounge (2) and across the rest of the venue.
  • Projector, screen and flipchart(s) in your meeting room(s) (if requested) and complimentary Wi Fi throughout.
  • Outside space and decked seating areas for break times or activities
  • Use of the outdoor meeting room - The Hideaway - inside the woods.
  • Lunch, with a two course hot & cold buffet lunch typically served, but alternative informal, waitress-served, networking or al fresco options also available on request.
  • A grazing station with snacks, plus hot and cold drinks available throughout the day.
  • Paper, pens and jugs of water for your meeting room(s).
  • Ample free parking at The Woodlands, with overflow at Hothorpe Hall.

£42 per person (including VAT)


A Residential Meeting package, per 24 hours, includes the day meeting elements, plus:

  • Evening meal, typically a self-service buffet, with other options (BBQ, waitress-served etc) available.
  • Overnight accommodation at The Woodlands (with further bedrooms at Hothorpe Hall, subject to availability).
  • A full English & continental breakfast.

Midweek: £130pp (single occupancy)  £110pp (shared occupancy) (inc. VAT)
