With over 20 years of experience in the industry, the wedding team have been facilitating weddings at Hothorpe for well over a decade. The fact they have been invited to a few themselves, when we say you’re part of our family we really mean it.

Steph
Steph leads the wedding team. Having worked in the industry for over 13 years she previously lived on-site at Hothorpe Hall. She intrinsically knows the venue and sees everyone that works there as her extended family. Her passion for weddings is inspiring. Her vast experience means she has facilitated every type of ceremony you could imagine. Open, friendly and always up for a giggle, her informal yet professional approach has played an important role in driving the success of weddings at Hothorpe, ensuring it is one of the East Midlands' best wedding locations. Expecting the highest of standards whilst having the most amount of fun, once you have met Steph you will realise why her team is one of the best in the industry.
Bethan
Bethan has worked in the wedding industry her whole life. When she's not facilitating weddings at Hothorpe she's running her successful Bridal Boutique. Fun and approachable her extensive knowledge of the wedding industry is impressive to anyone who meets her. Bethan's expert knowledge of the latest wedding styles and trends means she is able to support and guide couples to achieve exactly what they want and has fun whilst doing it. Her attention to detail is second to none- meaning you can rest assured you are getting the absolute best advice and support no matter what type of ceremony you decide to have.
Aimme-Louise
Before joining the team Aimee - Louise worked as a successful independent wedding planner. She worked with many couples in a wide variety of venues across Warwickshire, in particular Coventry and Stratford areas. However, The Woodlands is one venue that stayed with her, so much, that she decided to join our fantastic team. Feel free to ask her, she will gladly share with you why she fell in love with our enchanting venue. Friendly and approachable, one of her greatest strengths is her ability to put everyone at ease, with her relaxed and fun personality. From the moment you meet her, right up until your special day, she will ensure every little detail is perfect, nothing will be missed. This is why we refer to Aimee - Louise as having the eagle eye of the team.
Aimee
Aimee is the youngest and the bubbliest member of our team, but don’t let her age fool you. She is no stranger to exacting standards in hospitality, having started her career on the Ski slopes of France. Her ability to create beautiful and effortless table settings is outstanding. Creativity and attention to detail are attributes that come easily to Aimee. She has a very bright future ahead of her in the industry, and we are so pleased she has decided to be a member of our fantastic team. In her spare time Aimee loves to visit her family in France she is an experienced skier and regularly enjoys holidays on the slopes. Bubbly and fun yet highly professional, Aimee will ensure your wedding day really will be the best day of your life.
