Do you dream of a magical, romantic wedding day in your very own exclusive country pad? Hothorpe Hall is a country house wedding venue surrounded by countryside, stunning views and on the border of two great Midlands counties; Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

Be Lord and Lady of the Manor

When booking our manor house wedding venue for your big day, it is exclusively yours for the duration of your booking (typically from midday on your wedding day until 8am the next day) so you really can call our house your home!

Enjoy welcoming your guests into the old manor house for celebratory drinks after your church wedding, or choose the Georgian-dated stunning Terrace Room - with views over the Hothorpe Hills - which is licensed to conduct your civil ceremony.

With period features inside, as well as the lawns surrounding the country house, you are guaranteed a series of perfect backdrops for your wedding photos.

The old stable block which retains its beams as a feature is part of Hothorpe Hall and where the delicious formal wedding breakfast – the first meal taken together by the newlyweds – is served to you and your guests.

No manor house is complete without lots of bedrooms in which to host overnight guests and that’s exactly what Hothorpe offers. With 54 guest bedrooms, plus a bridal suite for the happy couple, you can extend your celebrations until late at night, then reminiscing over breakfast the morning after your wedding day.

Outside, the 8 acres of manor house gardens comprise lawned areas in which to relax, drink and watch the children in your wedding party play; a formal terrace with seating and wonderful views on which to extend your drinks reception; and there’s even a children’s play area with apparatus and a wendy house to occupy the kids.

If a country house wedding at Hothorpe Hall sounds like everything you’ve ever dreamed of for your big day, talk to us about how we can help make your dreams a reality.
