As a leading East Midlands multi-use venue, we are looking for new staff members to join our team!

Prospective employees can find out more about the available opportunities and benefits of working at Hothorpe Hall & The Woodlands, at the forthcoming Recruitment Evening on Wednesday 8th February, between 5pm and 8pm.

Operations Manager, Emily May-McDonald explains: “We are recruiting for a range of roles across housekeeping, kitchen, bar and dining – casual contracts to help with our busy spring/summer season and permanent roles as well. We are encouraging people to pop along to see us at our open evening as we will have plenty of staff on hand for potential team members to talk to, and they will be able to see the great working environment for themselves first-hand! There is no need to register, people can just turn up on the night.”

Due to the nature of our business, we have extremely busy periods, such as the summer months and many weekends through the year, which is why we maintain a ‘bank’ of casual staff who can work as required on a casual basis. Although these roles are suitable for anyone who is willing to be called on for casual work, we often find that they work well for young people and students who have long periods of ‘down-time’ in the summer.

However, as we operate and welcome events all year round, we also have positions for permanent full and part-time staff.
