What Hothorpe Hall has to offer

With eleven meeting rooms, Hothorpe Hall can cater for a large range of event sizes. The largest of the conference rooms, The Marston Room, can comfortably sit up to 160 delegates and boasts plenty of natural light as well as blackout blinds should you want to show a presentation to your guests.

The smallest of Hothorpe Hall’s conference rooms are designed to accommodate more intimate meetings of 10 or 24 delegates who can sit in comfort and luxury in the specially designed meeting rooms.

The rest of Hothorpe’s meeting rooms range in size but all offer equally stunning views of the cultured grounds and plenty of natural light. Tables and chairs can be arranged in the style you desire, and you will also be provided with a range of meeting equipment such as pads and pens for your delegates as well as presentation equipment such as flip charts and projectors. If you have any special requirements for your conference or meeting, then our expert team will be on hand to discuss your needs and create a bespoke conference package.

Hothorpe Hall has a selection of 78 luxurious rooms available, 55 of which are en suite, should your guests choose to stay before or after your conference. Accommodation rates can be included in your conference package to ensure that you and your delegates are getting the best deal possible by choosing to stay with us following your conference. We can also provide a delicious menu to you and your delegates during your conference and stay with us at Hothorpe Hall. You may choose to include a sit-down meal at lunch to break during your meeting, or perhaps have the Hall’s kitchen provide an array of snacks and light bites during the meeting, so you can host a grand dinner once the conference is over.
