Situated at the heart of the Midlands countryside, Hothorpe Hall enjoys a fantastic central location. Despite being surrounded by fields and windy country lanes, access to the M1, M6 and A14 road network is just 15-20 minutes' drive away, and Market Harborough mainline train station also just 15 minutes in a taxi.

With lots of space, both inside and out, at Hothorpe Hall it's rare that groups on retreat feel the need to venture out. However, if you do wish to venture offsite, Hothorpe Hall is spoilt by two lovely market towns - Market Harborough and Lutterworth - nearby.

Foxton Locks - Britain's longest set of staircase locks - is also nearby and, for the more active, can be reached on foot if you fancy incorporating a country walk too. As well as watching the narrow boats pass through the locks, there's also a small museum, tea room and a couple of pubs.

Hothorpe Hall borders two great counties - Leicestershire and Northamptonshire - meaning there's lots to do during your stay or if you want to make a stop on your way home. Discover the area...
