Smoked mackerel pate with Melba toast

Garden pea and cured ham soup, with crème fraiche and mint

Local pork and herb sausages on creamy mash potato with rich onion gravy

Feta, roasted red pepper and spinach tart, couscous salad and mixed leaves

Vine ripe tomato & sweet peppadew pepper soup, confit garlic crouton

Tandoori chicken breast, braised red lentils and coriander chutney

Pan roast chicken breast, parmesan polenta crisp, tomato romesco sauce and toasted almonds.
