Coronavirus Update

Hothorpe venues logo

Government guidelines on social distancing, stopping non-essential travel and the current UK lockdown, mean that while Hothorpe Venues is still operational, we are temporarily unable to welcome guests.

We look forward to Hothorpe Hall, The Woodlands and The Treehouse welcoming customers back through the doors as soon as the government deems it safe to do so. We are committed to ensuring the safety of you and your event when the time comes. You can find out more about the measures we’re investing in here.

We will update customers with bookings personally, and announce further updates on the website and social media as they happen. Follow us on Facebook and/or LinkedIn for further announcements.

In the meantime, a number of staff are working remotely and are able to discuss existing and new bookings with you. We recommend you email in the first instance and staff will then provide the most suitable number, should you prefer to liaise over the phone.

Upcoming existing bookings

Our customers are very important to us so staff are working hard to make contact with those who have events booked in April, May and June 2020, to discuss the situation and find a mutually agreeable alternative date for their event should they wish to postpone.

We are closely monitoring daily announcements from the Government and are prepared to react and change accordingly, should we need to. If a further Government announcement is made that affects your event after 30th┬áJune 2020, we will be in touch as soon as we’re able to discuss possible solutions.

These are unusual and difficult times for us all. Please rest assured that our staff are doing their very best for all of our customers during a situation which they have never faced before.

We are appreciative of your understanding and support.
