Wedding Co-ordinator, Part-time, 25 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wedding Co-ordinator to work in this very successful area of our business.

The number of weddings we host is increasing year-on-year, which is why we're looking for a new team member to add to our current wedding team of three. Your primary role would be to ensure all administration relating to each wedding is managed in a timely and professional manner to achieve high guest satisfaction. You'd also take responsibility for co-ordinating a number of weddings each year too.

Housekeeping assistants - Part time, up to £8.24 per hour 

We’re looking for superstar housekeeping assistants to really keep us sparkling. If you are confident in using your own initiative and prioritising tasks, then you might be the person for the job!

Naturally you'll love to clean and have a keen eye for detail. Due to the nature of the job, you’ll need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be physically fit.

In a nutshell, we’re looking for someone motivated, positive and passionate, someone who always gives their all to the following job requirements:

  • Prioritise guests and strive to deliver 100% guest satisfaction
  • Clean and prepare bedrooms to standards set by Hothorpe Venues
  • Strip and make beds
  • Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
  • Clean and prepare bathrooms
  • Polish and wash down surfaces, walls and some windows
  • Clean public areas as and when required, including lounge areas, reception and toilets
  • Attend regular team training sessions
  • Act professionally at all times
  • Be present for 2 minute meetings prior to the start of service
  • Communicate effectively within own team and other departments
  • Follow cleaning schedules to a high standard
  • Follow COSHH guidelines when using chemicals
  • Follow safe lifting and handling procedures
  • Use of commercial laundry machines

Available positions: 

Please note, weekday shifts are between 9:30AM & 2:30PM and weekend shifts are between 9:45AM & 3PM.

Position 1 - Casual hours including both weekday and weekend work

Position 2 - Casual hours just weekends

Experience is preferred but we will provide full training.

Casual Bar Staff - Up to £8.24 p/hr

We are looking for casual bar staff required to work during busy evenings and weekends. 

Bar or restaurant service experience is required, although full training will be given.

Please be aware, due to our rural location your own reliable transport is required.
