If you are planning a weekend day conference we generally have 2 meeting rooms (The Bathurst and Cook suites) set aside from those used by the residential guests. Please contact a member of our bookings team for assistance and availability.

The day rate would include the following:

  • The exclusive use of your meeting room for the day.
  • Refreshments on arrival and as required throughout the day, including bottled water for your delegates.
  • Free use of power point projector, flip chart and TV with DVD facility.
  • Free use of wireless broad band
  • A buffet lunch using local freshly produced products.    
  • VAT
