How to get an estimate of your conference cost

The table below will give you a guide to costs. We do advise you fill in an ‘Estimate Form' to enable us to give you a full and accurate 'no obligation' quote based on your requirements.

All Prices inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Day Conferences include:

• The use of a main meeting room appropriate to the size of group
• Refreshments throughout the day
• Buffet lunch
• The use of a power point projector, wireless broadband and flip charts

Residential Conferences include:

• The use of a main meeting room appropriate to the size of group
• The use of power point projector, wireless broadband and flip charts
• Full cooked and continental breakfast
• Buffet lunch
• Refreshments throughout the day
• 3 course buffet evening meal

Children (when sharing with at least one adult)
0-3 yrs free,  4-11yrs 50% of adult twin rate and 12-16 yrs 80% of adult twin rate
Multiple occupancy of bedrooms (ie 3 or more adults) each person 80% of twin rate.
